Privacy
Principle
Protecting your personal data matters. Personal data is collected only where this is necessary to operate the website and to answer your request.
Contact by email
This website has no contact form. If you write to me, your details are used solely to answer your request and are not passed on to third parties. They are deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no legal retention obligations prevent it.
Booking via Microsoft Bookings
The sparring page embeds the Microsoft Bookings scheduling page. Opening that page establishes a connection to servers operated by Microsoft Corporation, transmitting technical data such as your IP address. The details you enter in the booking form — name, email address and any optional notes — are processed within Microsoft 365 and used solely to arrange the appointment. Microsoft's own privacy statement applies in addition.
Audience measurement and consent
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand which content is read and where visitors stop. Neither service loads until you have explicitly agreed. Before your agreement no analytics cookie is set and no connection to these providers is made.
What is collected: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and interactions such as opening the booking calendar. IP addresses are processed in truncated form. Advertising features and linking to Google accounts are explicitly disabled; the data is not used for advertising or profiling and is never sold.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 31 of the Swiss Data Protection Act. These services also process data in the United States, for which the providers rely on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The notice appears once, on your first visit. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (not as a cookie) and stays in force, so the notice does not appear again. You can change it at any time through the “Cookie settings” entry at the foot of every page, which brings the notice back. Declining carries no disadvantage: the website works exactly the same, and agreeing or declining each take a single click.
Hosting and server logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary log data such as IP address, time of access and the page requested. Details of the hosting provider are to be added before publication.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data processed about you, and to its correction or deletion. Please use the contact address given in the imprint.
