Your situation

Do you recognise your situation?

Eight starting points, phrased the way they actually come up in conversation. Find the one closest to yours; what to do follows from it.

AI Strategy

“Everyone is talking about AI. We do not know where it would actually help us.”

Result: You know where AI creates value in your business — and where it does not.

We establish together which parts of your value creation can substantially improve through AI, and which cannot. The result is not a technology list but a reasoned position you can defend in the boardroom and explain to your teams.

What it involves

  • Analysis of your value creation and its critical decision points
  • Assessment of candidate use cases by impact and feasibility
  • Clear prioritisation, including reasoned rejections
  • A strategy of a few pages, written in the language of your business

Who it is for

CEOs, executive teams and owners who need a position that holds.

Format and duration

Four to eight weeks, with two or three leadership workshops.

AI Readiness Assessment

“Before we invest: are we even ready for this?”

Result: You know honestly what your organisation can carry today.

A sober assessment of data, processes, capability, technology and culture. The purpose is not a score but an answer to which initiatives are realistic now and which need a preliminary step first.

What it involves

  • Structured conversations across functional boundaries
  • Assessment of data, process maturity and capability
  • Identification of your three biggest bottlenecks
  • Concrete recommendations with an effort estimate

Who it is for

Leadership teams facing larger investment decisions.

Format and duration

Three to five weeks, presented to the leadership team at the end.

Executive AI Briefing

“When we say AI in our leadership team, everyone means something different.”

Result: Your leadership team shares one language and one level of understanding.

A briefing for the executive team or the board, tailored to your industry and your situation. Not a technology lecture, but a clear placement of what is possible today, what is risky, and what is simply overrated.

What it involves

  • Preparation around your industry and your current questions
  • Ninety minutes to half a day, with room for discussion
  • A view of opportunities, risks and the regulatory frame
  • A summary your team can keep using internally

Who it is for

Executive teams, boards and leadership groups.

Format and duration

Ninety minutes to half a day, on site or online.

AI Governance

“Our people have been using AI for a while. We just do not know what with, or with which data.”

Result: You move quickly without losing control.

Governance that enables speed instead of blocking it. We define classes of use cases, guardrails and accountabilities so that most everyday use runs without approval, while the critical cases receive genuine attention.

What it involves

  • A register of the AI systems in use and the data behind them
  • Risk classes with guardrails that fit each class
  • Roles, accountabilities and escalation paths
  • A view of regulatory requirements including the EU AI Act

Who it is for

IT leadership, legal, compliance and the executive team together.

Format and duration

Four to eight weeks, depending on size and regulatory exposure.

AI Transformation Roadmap

“We have twenty ideas and no idea where to start.”

Result: You have a sequence, not a wish list.

Strategy and readiness become a path across twelve to twenty-four months: what comes first, what follows, what is deliberately postponed. With dependencies, effort, ownership and measurement points — and the discipline to leave things out.

What it involves

  • Sequencing by impact, dependencies and capacity
  • Resource and capability needs per stage
  • Measurement points at which you adjust course
  • A format your leadership team will actually use

Who it is for

Organisations moving from single initiatives to a programme.

Format and duration

Three to six weeks, building on strategy or readiness work.

Implementation and Delivery

“We have a concept. What we lack is someone who actually builds it.”

Result: The solution runs in daily work — built, tested and handed over to your team.

This does not stop at the concept. I build solutions myself: Copilot agents in Copilot Studio, AI applications on Azure AI Foundry, data and analytics products on Microsoft Fabric, and the integration into your existing Microsoft 365 environment. On larger initiatives I lead a team drawn from your IT and my network. I stay independent throughout: no licences to sell, no commissions, and where another platform fits better, I say so.

What it involves

  • Solution architecture, and the choice between off-the-shelf tool, agent and bespoke build
  • Delivery in the Microsoft stack: Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365
  • Integration with existing systems, data and permissions
  • Testing, quality assurance and hardening before go-live
  • Documentation and handover, so your team can run it
  • Independent assessment of vendors where you buy externally

Who it is for

Organisations that want to get from the idea to a running solution.

Format and duration

Project-based over eight to sixteen weeks, or ongoing at one to two days per month.

Adoption and Change Enablement

“The licences are handed out, the training has happened, and nobody uses it.”

Result: Your people use what you have built.

Adoption does not come from training sessions. It comes from concrete tasks in the working day. We work with teams on their real work, build internal champions, and make progress measurable.

What it involves

  • Identifying the recurring tasks in each team
  • Guided working sessions instead of feature training
  • Building internal champions across functions
  • Measurement that goes beyond usage statistics

Who it is for

Organisations with tools deployed and usage stalling.

Format and duration

Three to six months, in waves by function.

Strategic AI Sparring

“I have to decide, and I have nobody who will honestly disagree with me.”

Result: You have someone to think with before you decide.

A regular conversation for leaders who need an independent perspective: to test assumptions, to weigh vendor promises, and to think decisions through before they are made.

What it involves

  • Regular sessions at an agreed rhythm
  • Preparation around your current topics
  • Honest disagreement where it is warranted
  • Confidentiality as the basis

Who it is for

CEOs, executive team members and IT leaders.

Format and duration

Monthly or quarterly, ninety minutes per session.

Most likely it is not one of these situations that applies to you, but two or three. That is how it usually goes. Which combination makes sense is faster to clarify in a conversation than in a proposal. In delivery I bring deep experience with the Microsoft stack while staying technology-neutral: where another platform fits better, I say so. And what you do not need, I will not recommend.

Next step

Which combination fits your situation?

That is faster to clarify in a conversation than in a proposal. Sixty minutes, no preparation, no obligation.
